Q: What is the maximum number of guests allowed?

A: 6 for the upstairs unit and 6 for the downstairs unit.  


Q. Is each unit (upstairs/downstairs) separate and private?

A. Yes, each unit has its own private entrance on opposite sides of the house. Each has their own private outdoor space (deck/patio) as well as their own independent HVAC system. The only "shared" spaces are the driveway and the laundry area in the garage. 


Q: Do you allow pets?

A: No unfortunately we do not, regardless of their size or how well behaved they may be. 


Q: Is there a minimum age to rent?

A: Yes, the renter must be 25 years or older to book, and this person must be present during the entire duration of the booking. 


Q: What consumables do you supply? 

A: We provide toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, make-up wipes, trash bags, a few coffee pods, and coffee filters.  We do NOT provide shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, or bodywash so please remember to pack your own. 


Q: What linens do you supply?

A: We provide pillowcases/sheets/comforters/pillows for all beds and the sofa bed.  We also provide bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels.  **We do NOT provide beach towels so please remember to pack your own.   


Q. What beach toys/amenities do you have?

A. We have multiple beach chairs and boogie boards, and a large supply of sand toys for children. 


Q. What is your cancelation/refund policy?

A. One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges  (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date, no refund will be issued.   The Owner reserves the right to offer whatever refund they see as reasonable in the event of a mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of God or nature. This is why we HIGHLY suggest securing travel insurance, especially if you plan to visit during hurricane season. 


Q. Do you offer travel insurance?

A. Yes, we offer it as an option through an independent third party during our checkout process. 


Q. Is full payment due when I make the reservation?

A. An initial payment of 25% of the total is due immediately to secure the reservation.  The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to check-in.  


Q. Do you allow parking in the garage?

A. No, unfortunately we do not allow parking in the garage (not even motorcycles). 


Q. Is there room to park a trailer in the driveway?

A. Yes, the driveway is approximately 53' long, so depending on the length of the trailer, there is usually room to fit a trailer and one vehicle on your side of the driveway.  


Q. Is the Flagler Beach House listed on Airbnb or VRBO?
