In addition to the tasteful beach decor, we supply most essential items to ensure you have a stress-free relaxing stay with minimal worry. We also provide an assortment of books, DVDs and games for both kids and adults.
Master Bedroom: Two queen beds with pillows and all linens, nightstands, alarm clock, lamps, dresser, and a ceiling fan. The closet is stocked with hangers, luggage rack, laundry basket, and a clothes steamer. A sliding glass door with plantation shutters leads to a nice, covered patio area for reading or having a drink while watching the sun go down.
Spare Bedroom: Another queen bed with pillows and all linens, nightstands, alarm clock, lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen smart TV. This closet is also stocked with hangers, a luggage rack, and spare pillows. Sliding doors and plantation shutters open up to a direct ocean view right from the bed!
Bathroom: Large modern walk-in shower and updated vanity. We supply bath towels, hand towels, wash-clothes, bathmat, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, and make-up wipes. **Please note that beach towels are one of the few things we do NOT provide so plan to bring your own**
Kitchen: Modern kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you could need, including both a Keurig machine and traditional coffee pot with filters supplied. High-quality stainless-steel pot/pans and cooking oil are also provided, as well as dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, dish rags, dish towels, and paper towels. There is also a modern kitchen table with 4 stools.
Living room: Large comfortable sofa, along with a recliner, accent chair, coffee table, end table, lamps, large flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. Cable television is included, along with hi-speed internet and a DVD player. Large sliding doors and plantation shutters open up to the private deck with unobstructed ocean views!
Garage: Head down the spiral staircase to the garage where you will find the washer and dryer, along with various cleaning supplies and an iron & ironing board.
Outdoor Space: Direct oceanfront views from your private covered patio, with plenty of lounge chairs as well as a large dining table with chairs. You also have a large deck for sunbathing and plenty of grass to enjoy. We have a Weber charcoal grill for guests to use and we supply the charcoal. Don't worry about packing beach chairs, boogie boards or sand toys for the little ones, these are provided too! Just head straight down to the sand, enjoy the sun and surf, and rinse off in the freshwater shower we have on the beach deck before heading back up.

Please note that the Flagler Beach House has two separately listed, and completely independent, vacation rental units. Unit B (Downstairs) is this 2-bedroom / 1-bathroom listing. Unit A (Upstairs) is a separate 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom listing. Both units have their own parking, entrance, outdoors space, and HVAC. The only shared space is the garage (washer/dryer).
